2003 - 24th Roscoe Reunion
Alfred University - Lambda Chi Alpha - Roscoe Group
WOW - We've come a long way from the four couples annual get-together in their homes from 1975-1979 to the group gatherings that were started in 1980 at Roscoe's Huff House.
The LXA graduating classes of 1948-1956 were selected for the mailing list and later increased through 1960 so that you were at Alfred with many in attendance. During the 19 years at Huff House the family atmosphere allowed us to renew lasting friendships and also get to know the gals who attended.
The loss of the Huff House location forced the group to meet at other resorts. For the past two years the Pocono Manor Inn has met our needs, and our "Silver Anniversary" Reunion will be held there on June 15-17, 2004.
In the thirteen classes selected, a total of 233 Lambda Chi's are on the mailing list. To date, 82 different Lambda Chi's have attended with many coming to numerous reunions. Also, sadly during this period 42 brothers on the list have died with 12 of those having attended.
Last year the reunion group utilized 38 rooms with 68 in attendance. For this special year we have contracted for 50 rooms. It is our hope that some of the Lambda Chi's who have not been able to attend previously, will be able to join the group for this 25th reunion.
